The following information describes an array of room setups available to a number of rooms.
If you desire a specific setup different from the default setup, please contact the appropriate parties to ensure your reservation is setup:

Spaces reserved in SAAC, Gallo, Pavilion, Terrace Center, and Fresno Center will be configured by the Room Approver. Please directly contact the Room Approver for details.

Other spaces, please submit a Moving & Events work order to Facilities Management if you would like your reserved space to be configured to a specific setup that is available for that space and is not the default setup.

As-is – The furniture setup used by the room’s previous occupants.

Banquet Style (Rectangular) – A grouping of long, rectangular tables arranged in row. The size of the tables affects the number of guests seated at each table.

Banquet Style (Rounds) – A grouping of round tables arranged. The size of the tables affects the number of guests seated at each table.
|
|
Conference Style – A rectangular table set up with chairs placed around all sides and ends. The number of chairs reflects the maximum room occupancy number.

Group Style - A combination of tables with chairs placed around the sides and ends. The combination of tables affects the number of guests seated at each table.

|
Hollow Square Style - Tables set up in a square or rectangle with chairs placed around the outside of the tables. The center of the setup remains empty.

Lecture Style – Rows of tables with chairs facing the front of the room.
|
|
Stand-up Reception – Spaces that support stand-up reception. Configurable furniture may be setup for flexible arrangement or removed.
|
|
Tabling – Designated “tabling” spaces with no furniture. Host must provide their own table.
|
|
Theater Style – Rows of chairs facing the front of the room.
|
|
U-Shape – Tables set up in the shape of the letter “U”, with chairs placed around the outside of the tables.
