Rooms that meet the following guidelines may be considered as a reservable space:
Prioity Usage
- Conference rooms have priority in a limited number of spaces (1-2) for Schools and Leadership use.
- Space is within a locked suite
Additional Approval
- Space and/or events that requires additional approves from other entities like the Fire Marshal.
Fee for Space
- CofA is required to utilize space.
If Departments would like to seek an exception to add an approver for a particular space. Please submit the room approver exception form to Office of Space Planning. This request must be signed and approved by your Vice Chancellor or Dean. Space Planning will seek an approval by the Provost.
